Management Team

Thomas O’Brien - Principal & Chief Technology Officer

Prior to eDirective, Tom O'Brien was the creative and technical leader of Golf Link.  As Lead Site Architect for GolfLink.com for 11 years, Tom researched and developed much of Golf Link's site content, programming and client support /development tools.   Tom has over 18 years experience with IBM in both software and hardware development projects.  Responsibilities included; lead developer of IBM's E-commerce, JAVA, Web Servers, software integration and networking projects.

Mark Pinelli - Principal & Director Of Business Development

Mark Pinelli graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.  Mark, along with his business partner Tom O’Brien, worked the past 11 years developing GolfLink.com into one of the largest and profitable golf specific websites on the Internet. Mark has had over 20 years management experience in IBM's mainframe development organization.  In addition,  Mark has worked on strategic alliances with the IBM S/390 OEM group negotiating deals for selling IBM technologies and outsourcing development work.

Kevin Rounsavelle - Senior eCommerce Project Advisor

Kevin Rounsavelle served as President of eDirective.com from 2001-2007. After the acquisition of eDirective.com by Internet Properties Group, Kevin now serves as a senior advisor on eDirective's Enterprise-Level eCommerce projects. Kevin Rounsavelle is a founding partner and principle at Site Store Professional LLC, eDirective’s strategic ecommerce solutions provider. Kevin has over 12 years experience in application development and is a highly-respected expert in shopping cart software deployment, online store integration and ebusiness marketing techniques.
